LeBron James expressed his sadness in relation to Saturday's events in Charlottesville.

The Cleveland Cavaliers' franchise player, LeBron James, took to Twitter last night to voice his frustration with the white terrorism that happened in Charlottesville, Virginia.

"It's sad what's going on in Charlottesville", LeBron tweeted. Make America Great Again huh?!

The violence taking place in Charlottesville came as a part of white nationalism demonstrations, which led to a car-ramming incident which left dozens injured and one woman dead.

Reactions to Trump's statement on violence in Virginia
The white nationalists claimed "white history" is being erased and they're being "persecuted" for being white. Speaking slowly from a podium set up in the golf clubhouse, Trump said that he had just spoken to Gov.

The protests were between white nationalists, who were protesting the removal of a statue of Civil War Confederate general Robert E. Lee, and counter-protesters.

Things really got serious when a person chose to purposely drive their vehicle into the counter-protesters, killing one and injuring many more. A group of counterprotesters soon demonstrated nearby, leading to a violent clash between the two groups that ultimately ended with a silver Dodge Challenger plowing through several hundred counterprotesters and a state of emergency being declared by the governor.

"Our youth deserves better!" "It's time to look in the mirror and ask ourselves what are we doing to create change".
