Former Tottenham midfielder Paulinho has joined Barcelona for a fee of €40million (£36.5m).
Barcelona reportedly had a bid of £17m rejected by the Chinese Super League club in July but continued their interest and have now completed a deal.
Paulinho played 67 times for Spurs during a two season spell, scoring 11 times for the Lilywhites, but he has eventually sold to China for around £10m.
Paulinho's arrival comes at a time when Barcelona are rebuilding following Neymar's departure to Paris Saint-Germain, with Liverpool's Philippe Coutinho their primary target to replace the Brazilian forward.

With three weeks of the transfer window remaining, a handful of Foxes stars have been linked with other clubs. However, the England worldwide is reportedly not concerned and is keen to test himself at Stamford Bridge.
The 29-year-old, who scored seven goals and provided two assists in 20 league appearances last season, has also re-established himself in the Brazil national team setup.
Earlier this summer, Paulinho was sure his move to Barcelona was a done deal and spoke to Mundo Deportivo with that in mind.
'I have to talk to my president, since I got the proposal I have not stopped thinking about it and I am waiting for everything to be resolved this week'.
Paulinho added that he is not concerned by those that doubt his ability to play for Barcelona. "They have no intention of selling a player who is hugely important to the success of this club", one source said. "I know that I have to improve every day and give the best of me in every game".
