The famous YouTube star found herself in the bottom two during Friday night's eviction, and she was saved over former The Apprentice star Karthik Nagesan.
To her credit, Trisha stuck by her word and walked out following the live show.
In the video, Trisha basically retracted all of her regret, and launching into a furious rant about her ex-housemates having watched clips of the show back.
Trisha claimed that Paul Danan had been fat shaming her after he said he nominated her for evication because she doesn't dress conservatively.
Speaking on Bit On The Side, Rylan Clark-Neal broke the news: "Trisha has made a decision to leave the Big Brother house, make sure you tune into the main show tomorrow [Saturday] night for the fallout and all her reasons".

Trisha also slammed Girls Aloud star Sarah Harding, saying: "Sarah harding is TRASH. she called all the older people bad names behind their back and she has a lot of problems".
She then went on to slam Sarah Harding and alleged that CBB have somehow been giving her special treatment in the house.
She added: "I'm sorry to those I let down".
Celebrity Big Brother's second round of nominations will give viewers a sense of deja vu, as exactly the same group of housemates find themselves up for eviction.
