Asked specifically if the two women had fallen out, she said: "We're so busy with our own stuff and..."
"I haven't spoken to her a while, "I last saw her when we did The Xtra Factor and everything".
"Oh, everyone's asks that [whether we've fallen out]", Sarah answered curtly.
"Yeah, it's not for me to say, I don't like talking about the other girls if it's a personal thing".
Jemma appeared to take that as a big, fat yes, but Sarah went on: "No, I mean we were like sisters - of course it was never going to be like plain-sailing the whole time".
"I haven't spoken to her in a while", she says of the Newcastle singer and former X Factor judge.
Selena Gomez's collaboration with Coach features hidden messages of love
Every piece bears Gomez's signature, and the top-handle bag contains several messages from the singer to her fans. Coach introduced a new bag style from collaboration: the Selena Grace bag.
While former housemate Ryan Ruckledge added: 'Love Sarah Harding in #CBB but babe please don't go back to singing, made me ears bleed!
"Having been around girls the whole time it's hard sometimes". We went through so much.
"When that all ended, I was like, 'Where do I go from here?'"
Sarah was previously engaged to DJ Tom Crane, who she dated from June 2007 for five years, but revealed on Wednesday (02.08.17) she was ditched six months before her wedding, and was left with "nothing" and feeling "lonely".
Other housemates airing their views on colleagues both in and outside the Big Brother house include Made In Chelsea's Sam Thompson, who accuses almost all of the women on the west London-based show of lacking "a backbone".
Having been through a tough time in the past, Sarah was determined to change people's opinion of her by going into the CBB house and she revealed exactly that in a chat with fellow housemate Paul Danan. "I can't", tweeted one cringed viewer.
"I'm a private person and if I want to speak to any of the girls, then I'll call them".
