Man charged in Skaneateles Lake boating accident that left one injured

A Cortland man has been charged after a boating incident seriously injured a person on Skaneateles Lake.

Kyle Crosley, 28, of Penfield was airlifted to the hospital and is recovering in intensive care.

The DGIF is continuing its investigation into the accident, and say charges are pending. While Crosley remains in critical condition, deputies assigned to the Navigation Unit charged Lindhorst with vehicular assault in the 1st degree and boating while intoxicated.

Secretary General Antonio Guterres during a private State Department meeting last week, Foreign Policy reported on Monday. It was replaced by a newly-designed one, but it was poorly received by pro-regime figures so the old one was re-released.

The Onondaga County Sheriff's Office says 28-year-old Erich Lindhorst was drunk while operating a 19-foot Sea Ray vessel Sunday evening. As of 10:45 a.m., Lindhorst was being held in the Onondaga County Justice Center pending arraignment.

Lindhorst is scheduled to be arraigned in Skaneateles court on Monday.

Crosley's lower extremities, notably his lower abdomen and thigh, were affected, Seeber said. They gave him life-saving treatment before other first responders arrived.
