Lonzo Ball's draft stock stays strong with Lakers watching

With Markelle Fultz reportedly set to land in Philadelphia with the No. 1 overall pick, the Lakers hold the keys to the remainder of the draft with the No. 2 overall selection and that, in and of itself, focuses a ton of attention on Magic Johnson and company over the next few days. With several potentially franchise-changing players, this National Basketball Association mock draft will attempt to correctly place all 30 first round draftees. But, it's rare a talented point guard like Lonzo Ball emerges in a draft.

The Boston Celtics and Los Angeles Lakers are no strangers to success, which was recently recounted in a documentary about their strong rivalry in the 80's.

"The Suns have been trying to trade up and have had conversations with both the Lakers and Celtics", Ford wrote Monday.
