Yoga fever grips China ahead of UN International Yoga Day

As the world is getting all set to celebrate the International Day of Yoga on Wednesday, Indian High Commission in Pakistan is also making efforts to make the event a grand success.

These young Yoga ambassadors - 10 girls and 10 boys between 22 and 30 years of age - will capture the imagination of Chinese Yoga lovers with their dexterity and poise in demonstrating advance Yoga techniques.

The event attracted the participation of representatives from local agencies, the leaders of Consulate General of India in Ho Chi Minh City, Yoga experts from India, as well as more than 1,500 students and those who love yoga in the city.

From June 17 to 26, schools will organise a yoga awareness campaign.
