She told the court she passed out, but "jolted awake" to find her former mentor groping her breasts, she said, according to NBC. "I also told Mr. Cosby I (had) trouble seeing him", she said. "And I felt him take my hand and place it on his penis and move it back and forth", Constand testified, according to Billy Penn. I wasn't able to fight ...

Cosby, 79, was charged in 2015 with felony aggravated indecent assault shortly before the statute of limitations on Constand's claim expired.

Neither Camille nor any of their four daughters have been seen so far at Cosby's trial; on the first day, Monday, Cosby's former TV daughter, Keshia Knight Pulliam, who played Rudy on The Cosby Show, was by his side, declaring her continuing support for her TV dad.

Constand reiterated what she told the court Tuesday: Cosby had made romantic overtures towards her, but she brushed him off.

"I felt really humiliated and I was really confused", Constand replied, sobbing when asked why she didn't say anything. However, she claims that once she got there, Cosby gave her three pills with a glass of wine. Before Tuesday, Constand had never spoken about Cosby in public, barred from doing so under the terms of a confidential settlement they reached in 2006.McMonagle took aim at Constand's credibility, focusing on inconsistencies in her accounts to police in 2005.

Constand's testimony on Tuesday casts new light on Cosby's assertion that Constand consented to the sexual activity because, as he said in the 2005 deposition, "She does not look angry".

Some 60 women have come forward to say Cosby sexually violated them, but the statute of limitations for prosecution had run out in almost every case. No one was in the room with Cosby and Constand on the night in question; it's a he-said, she-said issue.

Around 60 women have accused the Emmy-winning television star of being a serial sexual predator for decades.

Cosby appeared indifferent throughout much of Constand's testimony.

She then started to feel differently. "I did not have the courage at the time to tell my family", she said.

Cundy said there may have been other people in the tower that police are not aware of, which would add to the final death toll. The small protest made its way to Downing Street, May's official residence, where they met a large police presence.

Cosby, whose attorneys said is legally blind, is not expected to testify.

At this point, Constand claims she "lost consciousness again", waking around 4AM, at which point Cosby offered her "a muffin and tea".

"I don't know what that means", Ms Constand said.

Cosby's attorney questioned her motives and said she had given conflicting statements to authorities, including describing the incident as having occurred after a Chinese dinner with him.

She came out of nowhere, Andrea Constand did, swooping in without notice, all dressed in white, a blizzard in June.

"It had more to do with business than it did with me personally", she said.

The woman accusing Bill Cosby of sexual assault acknowledged on Wednesday that she called the comedian dozens of times in the months after the incident, including multiple calls on Valentine's Day, but batted away suggestions of romance. Instead, she said he responded, "I thought you had an orgasm, didn't you?" Shortly after, Constand remembers feeling "frozen", slurring her words, and experiencing blurred vision.

The cross-examination will continue Wednesday.

Arriving at the court earlier, Cosby was accompanied by one of his movie co-stars from the 1970s.
