Deadpool actor Ryan Reynolds is in Victoria this weekend, filming the film's sequel, set for release next year. The movie is now shooting at Hatley Castle, the stand-in for Professor Xavier's "X-Men Mansion" from a number of the previous X-Men movie installments (including, naturally, the first Deadpool). In the tweet, Reynolds wrote, "Dropped by the X-Mansion".
Reynolds' Instagram update is just as irreverent as you would expect from Marvel's "Merc with a Mouth". On Saturday afternoon, he casually dropped off a shot of the lead character at a familiar location, in front of the headquarters for the X-Men.
Security was high for the shoot at the stately manor, which has been used as the set for the Xavier Institute in previous X-Men films. The X-Mansion is notorious for being destroyed and rebuilt on a pretty regular basis thanks to supervillains attacking the place.
Russian opposition leader Navalny jailed
Navalny was arrested , along with hundreds of others, and jailed for 15 days after being convicted of disobeying a police officer. For that reason, he said he was unilaterally switching the venue to Tverskaya Street, Moscow's main avenue near the Kremlin.
"Yeah, it's me, Deadpool, and I got an offer that you can't refuse". Fox is reportedly aiming for a June start of production in Vancouver. It shows Wade Wilson suited up and lounging outside Charles' home. He has often been paired with Deadpool as his grim, serious demeanor serves as the ideal foil to Deadpool's crude and zany humor.
Atlanta star Zazie Beetz has also been cast in Deadpool 2. Jack Kesy is signed on to play a villain, who many suspect is Black Tom Cassidy - though it's unknown whether or not he'll be the film's primary villain.
